Fyodorovsky District (Russian: Фёдоровский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[7] district (raion), one of the thirty-eight in Saratov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,500 square kilometers (970 sq mi).[citation needed] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Mokrous.[2] Population: 20,876 (2010 Census);[4] 22,108 (2002 Census);[10] 21,579 (1989 Census).[11] The population of Mokrous accounts for 32.2% of the district's total population.[4]
