The result was delete. Normally a closer doesn't do this, but I looked at the full NYT article via Proquest and it was a trivial mention that only compounds the confusion here, we just need better sources than the ones that we have so far. Keep - Since being a former artist and several other professions, there's no reason whatsoever to delete the article. Although, the article is a complete mess and a major clean-up is required along with additionnal expansion and more sources required.--JForget 02:07, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • It's misspelled as "Keisha" Jenkins, but there's not much to it. I don't think it's that she's notable as a Gospel artist, it's her secular career that seems to rate notability. Her few singles appear to be pretty popular with House and Garage fans (they've been re-released on tons of compilations—see her discogs.com listing). Unless someone can't come up with solid Billboard references, that makes her notable. She's not listed at billboard.com but I've been told that the information there is not complete.
