Based on the username of the creator, I suspect that the page has been written by the subject. The "Research interests" section is copied from their LinkedIn profile. Discounting the copyright and COI concerns, the article's only substantial text is a list of papers, which does not, in itself, demonstrate notability under the criteria of WP:ACADEMIC.
