It was a competion including 56 webcomic artists, 9 of which have Wikipedia articles. It was widly reported on at the time by people who watch the webcomic scene. It's not very exciting anymore with the main players gone and with dropouts occuring every second month, but that doesn't retroactively make the initial interest insignificant.
It could use some attribution. Sadly, most of these claims seem to stem from artist discussion on the Daily Grind forums, which appear to be gone now. –Gunslinger4717:05, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure. It's mildly interesting, but it seems like a glorified office pool. I'd be surprised if this article is still on Wikipedia ten years from now. (By then, nobody should care.) YechielMan 01:33, 30 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
