Bork3D is listed as proprietary but the article says it changed to BSD (libre / open)

[edit]

Someone should update it but I haven't edited Wikipedia in years and I'm scared of messing it up. 98.214.101.208 (talk) 06:41, 7 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct. Fixed. Thank you Slacka123 (talk) 16:31, 20 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Display number of games created using an engine

[edit]

When linking to a list of games created using an engine, use "56 games" as a link title instead of "List". 46.242.13.112 (talk) 22:17, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Alternatively, introduce a separate column with the number of games created using an engine; this is probably better as it will allow sorting. 46.242.13.112 (talk) 22:22, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That's near impossible to keep up to date. -- ferret (talk) 22:29, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sorting of dimensions does not work. 2D should be listed above 2.5D, now it doesn't. Maybe we should put a space between the number and the D. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.179.117.162 (talk) 07:34, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request

[edit]

--whether the game engine is able to be used by 3rd-party independent developers/companies (for example, Unity allows external programmers to use their game engine for a price/percentage of sales etc.) --current size/worth of the company/organization that owns the game engine

This isn't a change that can be implemented as an edit request. You'd have to supply the information you want changed for every single row. This is more a suggestion for shifting the table to a new format and would need consensus and someone willing to do that work. "Available to public" might be a worthwhile column, but I'd oppose a "company size/worth" column as drawing conclusions not necessarily supported. A huge company might have an engine that's barely used. -- ferret (talk) 23:58, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
