This is a borderline case. The edit count is good but Wikipedia:Rollback_feature#Getting_rollback says "If you have been blocked recently, it is unlikely that you will be given rollback.", and the recent case happened this month. Also, this is your 5th RFP this summer (Wikipedia:Requests_for_permissions/Rollback/Archives/2024/June/Notdone, Wikipedia:Requests for permissions/Patroller/Archives/2024#c-Cactusisme-20240621074100-User:Cactusisme, m:Steward_requests/Permissions/2024-07#Cactusisme@bugwiki, and testwiki:Wikipedia:Requests/Permissions/Cactusisme), which may lead to w:WP:HATC concerns, and this may make the decision harder. Hi there! I would like to have the rollback rights to revert vandalism faster. I may not warn users often, and also having less than 100 edits, I understood all the risks with the tool. Not done Reviewing your edits, the main concern I have you already pointed to "I may not warn users often". This is something that should be done, unless it is a mass revert from a mass vandal, but with what I have seen, even the small reverts do not get any kind of comments, some of your older reverts did.
