The outcome of this request for deletion was to  Keep. Some of the users who commented here have made very few, if any, contributions outside the area of the Belarusian issues. However, even if their comments were not considered I don't see a strong consensus to delete this article. Eptalon has nominated this page for deletion for the reason: Protester at the 2020 Belarussian election, who died/was killed, allegedly by police forces, or other forces close to the government. Similar in style to Raman Bandarenka (RfD) and Hienadz Shutau (RfD). So, like the others: Possibly notable for just one event (BLP1E); article might have issues with neutral language, and covering all aspects of the story; but less so then the other two mentioned. •  Keep. Basically, the discussion is going to be whether the topic is worth of an article. The plagues article presumably has/«has» (language, references, more) are not gonna prevent an article the topic of which is notable from keeping unless there is mass copyright violation of text within, since they are handled in further edits / discussed over talk pages in the meantime. Alexander Taraikovsky has been covered en masse in various high-profile sources. •  Keep. I see that there is a good amount of media coverage, which has been covered in a wide variety of sources about all the circumstances surrounding his death. Besides that, this is a well-researched article, and having more information is a good thing for Wikipedia in general, and especially SEW, which is often underdeveloped in terms of current events. It would be unfortunate if this information were removed entirely, although it wouldn't be that bad if renamed to "Death of Alexander Taraikovsky" or merged into the protests article. •  Keep Thousands of people gathered to lay down flowers on the place where Taraikovsky was killed. Tikhanovskaya named a list of people who need to be sanctioned in honor of him.
