• Comment: On the redirect, I will just mention that it could be useful for navigation via Template:Colleges and universities in the United States. That link, whether it's red or blue, will continue to appear on the 42 articles where the template is used. You could apply an #ifexist function to the topic template that it calls, but on our wiki there are a lot of instances where a red link might be appropriate. If there is really no point in having one of these articles for the Marianas, then a redirect could be useful in directing editing traffic towards the umbrella article, and in helping readers find what they're looking for.
