Okay, hopefully I explain this as good and clear as possible.
Since May 2008 (well over a year ago), Huji has not performed any single administrative actions (latest action: "10:41, 23 May 2008 Huji (talk | changes) deleted "Talk:Blue Whale" ( wasn't talk)" (see log).
In addition, since June 2008, Huji has barely been active as an editor. The latest edit being on 09:09, 10 October 2009, long after the one prior.
In fact, Huji is currently listed as a semi-active (or inactive) administrator. From the lack of actions for more than a year, and the very low amount of edits within the past year, this is enough to declare oneself semi-retired from editing. A semi-active administrator is an administrator who will still administrate, but not at the same rate (for example, active: 100 actions a month, semi: 15 a month; not that that is true, just my example. )
Noting that while Huji is not to be considered a completely inactive user, the lack of much editing and the lack of actions in over a year more than justifies a desysop. —Mythdon [talk] [changes] 05:27, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
