I patrolling the recent changes list, and I need some more advanced tools, in case I founding a vandal, so I can block the vandal from editing, revert the vandal's changes by rollback, and left a message on the user's talk page. Today, I found an IP editor who maked heavy vandalism, and I want to quickly block the user to prevent further vandalism by this user. Psl85 ^Talk 18:33, 7 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
