• I think you are heading down the right path, generally. I'd personally like to see some more article buidling, copyediting and generally helping out in mainspace. Admin-like action are indeed important, but first and foremost this is an encyclopedia and it is in mainspace that this project will live or die. I am a big one for WP:CIVIL and believe that it is fundamental to our project, I think you are doing well in that regard. I feel a lot of people here are looking to become admins and I don't really know if you fit into that category or not, but if you are I'd be looking for a person who shows a cool head, good judgement, grace under pressure and above all an ability and willingness to help new users and to help grow the project. I believe in the mission of the project (namely being an educational resource for people with limited English skills) and it is that area that I think we should all be striving. 1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?

   I am pleased with all of my edits. I take pride in reverting vandalism, and making new articles gives me a nice feeling. Recently, I have been working on No Way Out (2009), and I have to say, it looks pretty good.

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?

   I have not been in any edit conflicts, but if there is one or two users who cause me stress, it's Kalajan and Sinofdreams. I met Kalajan at en, and I saw that Kalajan in incapable of listening. Me and my friend, Matt have tried everything with him, and in the end, he got blocked and started making socks. I invited him to simple so that he can improve, but he got blocked here too. Sinofdreams just live to bother me. Every time he made a sock, he would harass me. I then found out that Kalajan invited him to simple. I don't know what Sin's problem is, but I know that every time he makes a sock, he will be blocked.
