Ban = no admin willing to unblock[change source]

One definition of "banned" that I've seen on wikipedia is "no admin would be willing to unblock this user". Sorry, but I think that would cover you. Anyway, on a personal basis, I agree that Singapore should legalise male homosexuality and I hope that does eventually happen. Probably most people here would also agree.
