This article contains a translation of Art Institute of Chicago from en.wikipedia.

I didn't got through everything, but just in the history section, paragraphs 1, 4, 6, and 7 seem to be just copied directly from En. Others have very minimal changes. The En page has a Reading Ease score in the low 70s and this version is in the high 60s. It just isn't simplified. Much of the rest of the article looks similar. On the other hand the lead and the African American Art Collection section are vastly simpler and the European Art Collection section is completely new. The en version is 26,155 bytes, and this version is 22,958 bytes long. Further work on this article was suspended when I was asked to do the chemistry articles. THose should probably be shortened if possible:

• Since April 2005, approximately fifty paintings originally from the Terra Museum (now the Terra Foundation) collection have been on loan to the Department of American Art at the Art Institute of Chicago.
• The pieces included in the Art Institute of Chicago's African American art collection provide a historical illustration of the progress made by African Americans as well as their continuing struggle.
• The collections of the Terra and the Art Institute are located in a new suite of galleries, and together provide one of the nation’s most comprehensive presentations of American art.
• Included in the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist collection are more than 30 paintings by Claude Monet including six of his Haystacks and a number of Water Lilies.
• The construction of Millenium Park moved the Metra Electric and South Shore railroad lines underground, making room for the new Modern Wing and exterior courtyards.
