The "Brother Theory" has been a favorite excuse for sockpuppeters. If Michael Freidrich also has used University of Tokyo, well I don't buy his lying any more. Moreover, the two people has participated in many polls together, so it constitutes at least abusive meatpuppetry and sockpuppetry.
