Veritaserum.com is a major Harry Potter Website along with MuggleNet and the other popular sites. If they are not up for deletion, why would Veritaserum.com be up for deletion?

I see no reason for the Veritaserum article to be up for deletion. It is as valid on Wiki as any other Harry Potter fan site listing. I do not see it as unnecessary nor do I see instances of spam from the article.

Veritaserum has a very loyal following and strives for a Spam-free and spoiler-free environment. Of all the Harry Potter fan sites out there, VTM is my favorite. The layout is fun and creative. Quite unique to the other sites. The staff is courteous and friendly and strives for excellence. VTM has a great, friendly environment where fans can come together and share ideas without fearing hostility from other members who may not agree with their views. It would be a shame and a disservice to remove Veritaserum from Wikipedia! As long as there are other Harry Potter fansites listed on here, VTM should be allowed to remain as well. --209.102.152.187 04:08, 9 August 2007 (UTC)Laura[reply]

I have no idea why Veritaserum was raised for deletion, but it won't actually be deleted. It is a consistently high quality article and is a useful resource for the Harry Potter Fandom Project. Rest assured, nobody from Wikipedia is actually going to delete it. - — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.41.163.119 (talk • contribs)

As far as I'm concerned, there is no logical reasoning behind Veritaserum being considered for deletion. For anyone who has taken the time to really peruse around what Veritaserum has to offer, they would be fully aware that much more can be found from the site than that of the other fan sites. The enviornment is fun and friendly, and not once have I felt hostile against another member. I would strongly consider that a staff member would take the time to really see what Veritaserum has to offer. Workaholic 1231 22:18, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

MuggleNet has 10 entries in its references section, one of which is the Washington Post, and a few others of which belong to the official J. K. Rowling site. Veritaserum has zero. --Alvestrand 08:59, 10 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Veritaserum was mentioned in an article in Financial World, a UK Banking Magazine. I will find the article and post it as the site was one of their case studies and this seems a significant mention.
