Please check how many articles qualify for a stub type before proposing it.
Hi. There is the Category:Post and philately stubs, which includes two well-populated templates: ((Postal-stub)) and ((Philately-stub)). I propose to rename the Category:Post and philately stubs as Category:Postal system stubs (including ((Postal-stub))), and afterwards create the Category:Philately stubs (including ((Philately-stub))).
