At 12:12, 6 September Kashmircloud (talk · contribs) is warned for conducting canvassing for the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pakistan occupied Kashmir. An hour later, the account Cast788 (talk · contribs) appears, with a similar canvassing for the same AfD.

• Cast788 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) and Casth7878 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) are obviously the same person, so I've blocked them indefinitely.
