Evidence

I have had several disputes with Caleb in the past few weeks. When I tried to contact him last week via his talkpage, he ignored and deleted my comment, see [3]. A day after, I had a IP blank my talkpage, and replace it with a comment, see [4] [5]. A few days after, a very similar IP address (64.79.179.254 one) removed several topics from my talkpage, see [6] [7]. According to IP-Adress.com, these IP's direct back to Memphis, TN. In this post [8], he states his MySpace is [9]. In the "About Me" section in his MySpace profile, it reads: "Hello to all. My name is Caleb. I’m a 24 year old black single man living in Memphis, TN." Caleb had left this on my talkpage when a checkuser (just finished) was going on. Also please note this on ANI here: [10]. Also, see this. The user in question (Bobo54) was created to back up Caleb in a argument, but would want to know whether they could be related, thats why I've put him ther as he is an involved party. Bobo54 was my roomates account. he has since move out. i find this accuse very pathetic if you look at the contribs by me and the others they simpley don't match up. Davnel03 and i have a past history and it seems clear that he doesn't want to let that go. i have tried to distance my self more and more from this person, but he or she just doesn't want to move on.Cowboycaleb 14:54, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Before this claim Davnel03 made these same claim by having filing a check user aginst me see here and nothing happened. i don't know why Davnel03 doesn't like me. did we get off on the right foot? Yes have i tried to mend things? yes see this and this. Davnel03 has also once accused me of harrasment but failed to provide even a single ounce of evidence. he or she i just making claim after claim and nothing is being proven. can someone please rule on this so i can move on. I've set this up so I can get the opinion of multiple administrators on the matter, which I hope can be resolved. However, edits like these [11][12] does not help. Conclusions

The evidence unmistakably indicates abuse of multiple accounts. The WhoIs are all from Memphis Tennessee, the IPs have contributed to CowboyCaleb's talk page, to Davnel03's talk page and to wrestling articles (CC's main interest around here) including reverts of Davnel03's edits.
