- Two cases of rare (but suspicious) circumstance. As I have found digging through both Ramsquire and Cbuhl79's history, the two seem to have some sort of dispute between the two. I do not wish to be dragged into this... if you have to CheckUser me to make sure that I am not Cbuhl79, do it. What you are overlooking, however, is that throughout the month of October, I mostly edited anonymously (I primarily connect from two ISP's in Michigan - AT&T/Yahoo and Charter - in which you will find some IP's in their pools editing Fox News' article) - not against Wikipedia policy, and a simple fact of my laziness. Probably the only articles Cbuhl79 and I have edited on, based on looking at the user's and mine history, are Fox News and CNN. Similar minds does not equate to sockpuppetry; but as I have stated before, I care not what anyone needs to do to prove it. I hate having the "Suspected sockpuppet" message on my userpage, however. It is embarassing to say the least, and it makes my contributor status here feel invalid and worthless. --Mrmiscellanious 20:55, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
- I have know MrM, from my associations with him on the Wikinews project. Although he had disputes during his time with the project, he never, ever, ever used sockpuppets. Sockpuppetry is not his behavior. He always stood by his points, he just didn't give up and start a new account. The entire time he was on Wikinews, he was as MrM. Plus, to my knowledge, there was never suspected use of sockpuppets, although he had been disciplined at certain times for certain rule breaking, such as 3RR or edit wars, but no sockpuppetry. --Saint-Paddy 18:09, 1 December 2006 (UTC) (TUFKAAP on Wikinews)[reply]
