I have four main reasons to believe this could be a sockpuppet of Vvven. Firstly, this user mainly seems to edit articles relating to Spain or Latin American countries, including churches, where they add unattributed machine translations of esWiki articles. (example diffs: Special:Diff/1187898049, Special:Diff/1183723113, Special:Diff/1184054625, Special:Diff/1186253825, Special:Diff/1186221295)

Secondly, I've found one instance of copyvio from a cited source, where only a few sentences were copied the same manner which ILoveCaracas had started to adopt. (diff: Special:Diff/1188712706- look specifically for the phrase "commemorates a miracle" to get to the suspect material, that comes from the cited source here )

Thirdly, they add large/excessive numbers of images to articles, sometimes across multiple diffs (example diffs: Special:Diff/1186850291 Special:Diff/1186850291 Special:Diff/1188599274(+more on this article), Special:Diff/1188586794(+more on this article))

And finally, their username appears to follow the ILoveCaracas pattern of usernames related to Venezuela.(La Guaira)

A CU for the Vvven master would not be useful due to the age of the previous accounts, but I seriously debated filing this SPI under the BrugeFR investigation due to the similar editing patterns of both accounts. Also, this account was created on the same day that BrugeFr's last known sock got blocked.(Misread the SPI, please ignore) However, due to the copyright issues and other behavioural evidence, I decided to open the investigation under the Vvven master. Furthermore, I believe that if a CU is run, and confirms this account to the BrugesFR master, it would serve as a valid reason to merge these two investigations. • Apologies, I may have tunnel visioned that a bit. I'm going to start adding some examples I remember from what I've seen over the past few days, but is it okay if I edit tomorrow and add some more when I find them? It's a bit late at night to do it properly, but I really should have done this when I opened the thread.

  Unattributed esWiki diffs are pretty much take your pick, but here's a few: Special:Diff/766750616, Special:Diff/677104288, Special:Diff/701808093, Special:Diff/766769717, Special:Diff/509180015, but there's many more examples at the CCI case

  Adding images: Special:Diff/831353092

  Specifically, all the images they added to the Mexico article: A, B, C,D

  And the Spanish Civil War article: A,B,C,D,E,F

  A non revdel example of a few sentence copyvio (and I was wrong here: the Vvven acount did it, not the Caracas one):Special:Diff/834397054

  This entire page, I'm assuming- I can't viewCastillo del Príncipe (Havana)

  Also, an unusual habit I noticed while putting this together: the Vvven/ILoveCaracas account and the LaGuairaBeach account both tend to write with excessively long sentences, with lots of cluttering & rambling, and especially using commas where most people would put semicolons or periods.

  I know the comman/period thing is something many native speakers of Spanish do in English, but even taking that into account the sentences seem unusually long and disjoint-but I could easily be mistaken. I'd like to note first that I'm actually seeing a lot more decisiveness and clarity in the BrugesFR socks, despite some of the similarities- but I think I'm going to have to look at that tomorrow.

•  Additional information needed - The master and only other sock (which was admitted to on-wiki) are both stale, meaning a CU isn't going to be of use here. As such this is going to need to proceed on behavior, or to be linked to a different master clearly enough to justify a CU. GreenLipstickLesbian, you've provided a lot of evidence related to LaGuairabeach's behavior, but none showing that the alleged master shares the same behavior. You will need to provide such evidence for us to consider a behavioral block. •  Behavioural evidence needs evaluation I took a quick look at this, and I can see commonality but I'm not convinced. At the moment I'm seeing machine translation from Spanish and a generic interest in architecture. Is this enough to block? Perhaps, but I'm not jaded experienced enough to block on this alone. If there are more specific similarities, I don't see it; the rambling text is what you'd expect from machine-translated talk page posts too, surely. The evidence you've given may be enough for a block (see above) but isn't enough for a CU, as the master is obviously stale. • I decided to look into this, having worked with at the associated CCIs. Taking the evidence here into consideration along with what I know from working at the three CCIs, I already found it highly likely that Vvven and BrugesFR are the same person. Someone affiliated with SPI actually made the case to me back in 2020, but I never had the time to act on it. While I initially thought this could be someone who shares similar interests, it became less likely when looking at the large overlap on EIA, in particular the repeated posts to Carlstak's talk page. Given all of this, I ran a check and found that LaGuairabeach created a string of accounts before landing on their current one, all about a week after the last few BrugesFR accounts were blocked.
