Based on that Rajeevnandeshwar appears unrelated. With a five year gap between creations, recreation of Rozlyn Khan by someone else falls well within the realm of possibility, and if they were connected to Virasatgaur the CU checks run on this case in January would probably have picked them up. 2222hancock might be Virasatgaur, but since they've been inactive for over two years, there's not much point in looking into this any deeper.
