 Confirmed, for the record. The user has claimed to be both Incorrigible Troll and UnderArmourKid. Personally I'm not convinced, but the technical evidence suggests that they are almost certainly not UnderArmourKid. Obvious ducks, based on the contributions. It appears that Vandyrandy is also continuing his impersonation of some other LTAs. Requesting a Sleeper Check on his IP range(s). By the way, the rangeblock on 2600:1000:b100::/42 needs to be extended to 3-6 months, given the persistent history of abuse (including personal attacks and Neo-Nazi type vandalism), and due to the fact that this vandal resumed socking and vandalizing immediately after his earlier rangeblock expired. Obvious ducks. Due to the recent socking activity and trolling, I'm requesting a Sleeper Check on the named account and the IP range, and the indeffing of any other accounts not listed here (and any other accounts need to be Globally Locked by Stewards). Ideally, the IP Range would also get a multi-month rangeblock, but anything short of an "anon-only" Global Rangeblock would likely fail to be fully effective.
