Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence submitted by Uzhuthiran (talk)

Comment:The reason for the request is to verify if User:Radhakrishnansk is a sock of the banned User:Suciindia. User:Radhakrishnansk has plainly similar areas interest as User:Suciindia. Both are SPAs with interest merely in SUCI and related articles.

More evidence: Sekharlk (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) is one of the banned socks of Suciindia (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). Per this diff[1] Sekharlk identified himself as Sekhar Lukose Kuriakose. And his interests? I would say he is an spa concerned with SUCI. Most of his edits are on Nandigram violence where he tried to promote SUCI. Now, Radhakrishnansk (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) has two interests. SUCI and geography. His geographical interests seem to confine itself to adding one Sekharlk's paper to several articles. See his major blanking and adding one Kuriakose SL's article as source which invited a bot revert. This Sekhar LK is no other than the banned sock of User:Suciindia. See this geocities page. You can see the guy's address as Enschede, The Netherlands. And one of the IPs (already marked and as an IP sock of User:Suciindia is of ITC Enschede see. Among his favorite websiteshere you find the website of Socialist Unity Centre of India. Thus a mere duck test would conclude that User:Radhakrishnansk is a sock of User:Suciindia. I have added another IP 83.233.151.163 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) to the suspect list. The IP immediately before User:Radhakrishnansk has made a series of edits to Geography of Kerala where it added the above guy's paper as a reference. The IP from Sweden might the result of a fleeting visit. Still to check it for any connection to any of the accounts would be in order?

There is nothing complex about this case. The sock of User:Suciindia were blocked not only for abuse of WP:Roleaccount but also for abusive sock puppetry as their block logs would show. This is a classic case of WP:Duck. And as you waited the involved parties has further exposed themselves.

1,2, See both user:Radhakrishnansk and User:Bctcanji editing the same thread on ANI here and here as clear meat puppets if not actual socks. Uzhuthiran (talk) 15:07, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am surprised that by being creative on a few pages of interest makes me branded as a puppet. I explained to User:Abd earlier that my interest in these articles are merely coincidental; you can refer my talk page for details. Every edit I made I have commented and tried to discuss in the talk page. I also involved several other editors and administrators into it. Where ever I had to argue with an editor I have sought for mediation and consenses. You can see all this in my talk pages and contributions. I basically tried to protect a page which was being heavily vandalised by a banned User:Kuntan. My initial understanding of the subject came from my readings on India politics. Later, once I saw that there was this vandal attempting to mutilate the page I started keeping RSS alters on SUCI and received several new references and texts. I added them to the article with appropriate citation. But User:Kuntan seems relentless in stripping the page of even cited facts. So please do not fall pray to the arguments of this User:Kuntan and puppets and consider me as a puppet of User:Suciindia. And I have nothing to do with User:Bctcanji or the Swedish IP blamed as me--Radhakrishnansk (talk) 22:22, 17 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The references that I have added in the Geography of Kerala article and the Vegetation and Slope Stability article are ISI Peer Reviewed Journal articles and thus is the most reliable source for facts. How can it be an abuse? There are only a few peer reviewed articles cited in the Vegetation and Slope Stability page. The original reference for this branch of science emerges from a book that I cited (Greenway). Thus the article needs improvement and this is also notified by another editor of the page. The Geography of Kerala article never had any peer reviewed ISI journal citations prior to me getting involved in it. I found relevant citations from various sources and added it. This is also not an abuse as per wiki I suppose. Given these points, I denouce the alligation of the puppet of User:Kuntan who is currently registered as User:Uzhuthiran (and User:C K Luckose) that I am a meat puppet or sock puppet of any one. I started attending to SUCI page when I saw vandalism in it. I was originally only interested in Geography of Kerala, Landslides and Nandigram. I will revert to my original interests once I see that the sock puppet of banned user User:Kuntan stops vandalising it. His latest allegation that me and User:Bctcanji edited the same thread is also funny. I guess admins will notice that both me and User:Bctcanji notified different issues. Admins involved recognised the genuinness of the issue and took appropriate action.--Radhakrishnansk (talk) 15:52, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User:Bctcanji raised my suspicion when he posted a message [2] in my talk page about Shibdas Ghosh. I could not find any reference supporting his claim; not even any mention of it anywhere. He did not reply when I asked him how he got this.[3]. His first edit itself is on the SUCI page and he hasn’t edited on any other topic. User:Radhakrishnansk who claims his interest in SUCI is coincidental was trying hard to push SUCI POV, removes comments and tags on the previous Suciindia socks and User:Bctcanji and contacts SUCI by email when he notices that a user name is that of the SUCI state secretary[4]. From the evidence posted above, it seems obvious that both these accounts are sock puppets of User:Suciindia. Even if the previous block was for being a shared account, they should not be permitted to use multiple accounts now and should not be allowed to edit SUCI related (article) pages due to COI. The SUCI related pages are being edited by many users/ IPs operated by Suciindia and Kuntan. Blocking confirmed sock puppet accounts will help improve those articles. Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence submitted by C K Luckose (talk)

The previous request for check user against this user was rejected as the user who requested the CU turned out to be a sock puppet of Kuntan. However, after the last two edits by User:Bctcanji, this has become too convincing a case to reject the evidence submitted in the previous request(even if it is by a sock). The evidence submitted by User:Uzhuthiran and User:Walky-talky can be seen here[5]. User:Radhakrishnansk and User:Bctcanji are sock puppets operated by the banned user Suciindia. This user was banned for abusing multiple accounts.[6][7][8]. Their common interest is SUCI related articles and geography related articles. This user logged into the wrong account last time and outed himself [9] when he edited a geography related article. Previously he hasn't edited geography articles with his Bctcanji account. Realising his mistake, he reverted himself/ tried to undo [10] within a second but it was late. C K Luckose (talk) 02:28, 2 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User:C K Luckose is as well a puppet of User:Kuntan. He edited the SUCI page with irrelevant red links using his new puppet id User:Soumithro. I have placed my arguments earlier in a similar SPI that he filed against me. The only aim of User:Kuntan and his puppets are to mutliate the page of SUCI which is what I want to stop. Admins can also notice that User: C K Luckose and User: Soumithro are names of individuals related to SUCI as mentioned in the SUCI page and else where. One can also notice that the page of User: C K Luckose has abusive gifs made with the photograph of Shibdas Ghosh which clearly indicates his interest in being a vandal trageting the SUCI page.--Radhakrishnansk (talk) 20:20, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk note: Its coming time to shut this down. If more evidence (and more convincing evidence) isn't provided to suggest both a link between the listed accounts and Suciindia and how these accounts, if linked, are violating policy then I plan to return to close it within 24 hours.
