It's not entirely clear cut but User:HavBlu is a newly created account. His first and only actions have been to edit the Global Warming Talk page in a manner consistent with Scibaby. This seems an unusual way to edit for someone entirely new to Wikipedia. We just had this case yesterweek, yestermonth, yesteryear, yesterdecade, and since time immemorial, for over 1200 confirmed and suspected puppets.
