[edit]All of these accounts have almost exclusive focus on CIA related articles, namely CIA activities in Guatemala, CIA activities in Iran and CIA activities in the Philippines. Some like to add in use templates and a good amount of edit summaries are nearly identical. Some accounts like to undertake the sandbox tour as well. I believe it is entirely possible I missed the real master or a few accounts, that is why I am requesting CU. v/r - Seawolf35 T--C 00:12, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

- we are all taking a history class at Northern Illinois University on the History of the CIA. Each week we are required to update a specific wikipedia page using released CIA documents. JenIslJ (talk) 14:23, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- If you would like, we can attach a copy of our course syllabus for you to confirm. The course number at NIU is HIST 480/580, our instructor is Dr. Eric Jones. This is a direct quote from our course syllabus: "Your assessment, due Friday each week, will be to examine the documents and use them to revise, rewrite, edit and supplement the Wikipedia page of “CIA activities in _______” for our country of the week." - As stated by @Njmiller94, we are students at Northern Illinois University who are taking a course surrounding the CIA activities in different countries. You're more than welcome to see all our contributions, as you will find we have added content to CIA activities in Iran, and CIA activities in Guatemala. Next, we are covering Tibet, if you would like to continue to follow our edits. KailerH (talk) 13:00, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

- No kidding. Spicy (talk) 14:03, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Thanks to those who responded, this is what I thought would be the case. It may be a good idea to mention the course on your user pages to prevent future misunderstandings. There's also some advice for running Wikipedia assignments here, which might be useful to share with your instructor. Closing without further action. Spicy (talk) 14:21, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
