Suspected sockpuppets

[edit]

Both users have a tendency to remove maintenance templates from articles, particularly deletion templates. The sockmaster for instance started by removing the PROD template from Chhonkar Jat, an article that they created.

Out of nowhere, Thakurup - a new account - comes in and edits very similar subjects to that of the alleged sockmaster, including removing the AfD templaye from Chhonkar Jat - an article created by Pkschhonkar. Also note how both users are protesting the deletion of this article and using abbreviated typing also. I don't think this is a coincidence and think this warrants a check. See the contributions of both the sockmaster and the suspected sockpuppet. Same obsession with Jat people and "Jatland". Romartus Imperator (talk) 15:32, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Also adding Thakur Kartik Chand to the list. See the previously blocked sockpuppet named Thakurup (namely the part before "up"), as well as this account's edits to Chand kings, in a similar vain to Pkschhonkar and Chhonkar (Jat Gotra) (also note Pkschhonkar and "Chhonkar"). Might be a coincidence but probably worth looking into. Romartus Imperator (talk) 19:25, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Both the sockmaster and Jat praan sihag have both pushed uncited references to say that people or names are "Jat". Also note that both Pkschhonkar and Jat praan sihag also write content in a similar formatting style (intro is a long paragraph and content body has broken formatting). The similarities between the sockmaster and Thakur Kartik Chand are limited to how their usernames relate to content that they edit, that they tend to edit singular subjects and their refusal to cite their sources when pushing their edits. Master creates Raja Hathi Singh Tomar(Kuntal) which is soon deleted as a copy-vio. Master is blocked on 14 May 2020. Puppet appears on 22nd May and after many edits to Jat related articles recreates Raja Hathi Singh Tomar(Kuntal) in an identical copy-vio form.  Velella  Velella Talk   13:58, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Added Sunny bharat based on Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Help_me_administration_sir. --Yamla (talk) 14:31, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Same style of edit summaries (Kumarjatji, Segabrand), same area of edits and mostly the same articles, and most importantly same style of complaining and choppy messages when communicating with other editors. The account only became active after User:Sunny bharat and User:Kumarjatji were blocked. GPL93 (talk) 00:15, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
