Smkovalinsky was indeffed by A. B. on 24 May 2009 for engaging in paid editing by admission. Based on Wikipedia:Mediation_Cabal/Cases/2009-04-26/Kegel_male_trainer, that paid editing was related to the Kegel Male Trainer. Shockingly, Petrosianii is also tremendously interested in the Kegel male trainer, and seems to write a lot of promotional material about non-notable individuals, extra shockingly, he also appears to have very few edits to anything except articles mentioned at [1]. For pay + Kegel male trainer seems like more than enough. Oh, and don't forget that for some reason Smkovalinsky is all over editing Petrosianii's sandbox. [2]

This case involves paid article writers. Specifically, blocked puppetmaster, User:Smkovalinsky. See Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Smkovalinsky for reference as well as this current thread.

User:66.150.57.69 is registered to Kaneva and edits same day (20 April 2007) showing collaboration. :User:70.216.234.243, User:75.219.55.21 edits Kaneva and the whois reports User:Smkovalinsky's Bedminster NJ editing locale.

User:1weezie23's first edit is Malizia Clinic...see Special:Contributions/1weezie23

Thank you for checking. I intentionally didn't inform the user so that I wouldn't educate them on SPI methods. Smkovalinsky is working with a few others at this site, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was one of them. I've left the notice on their talkpage (owning up to what is mine).
