I would say the assessment that they have "gotten a little smarter" is correct. New account Miladitb created 2 February. On 12 February, they created Draft:Al Hasan Milad, which was speedy deleted 13 Feb G11. Today they cut to the chase at Al Hasan Milad (Entrepreneur), which has just been moved to Draft:Al Hasan Milad (Entrepreneur) by an uninvolved NPP.

New account ENGCON24 was created 14 Feb, and began working on Al Hasan Milad (Entrepreneur) minutes after creation by Miladitb.

I'm not 100% certain that this is the correct master. Both accounts are also listed at WP:Sockpuppet investigations/Parvej096388, but that's on pause awaiting further info. Both accounts worked on Draft:Kavya Kishor, previously edited extensively by socks of User:Parvej096388.

Bee of Sciences tried to resubmit Draft:Kavya Kishor today which was created and has mostly only been edited by sockpuppets, which are alternately tagged as Parvej096388 and Enwiki23. From the archives, I see VINCON23 (talk · contribs) tagged as confirmed to Parvej096388 and ENGCON24 (talk · contribs) tagged as suspected to Enwiki23, and they've also both edited that same draft. The two cases are cross-wiki spammers and have been recently trying to get the same small set of obscure topics published. The latest article on the amusingly attention-starved Al Hasan Milad by sock KibriyaaBb, with promo photo uploaded today by Rayhanbd2003, is currently at A H Milad (entrepreneur) after several page moves and copy & paste moves. SPA 1NewSwiki created 25 June. First edits were on 7 July, a dozen to game autoconfirm, which were mostly reverted. They then immediately recreated The Daily Rudrabangla at Dainik Rudrabangla ("dainik" is the Bengali word for "daily"). This went to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dainik Rudrabangla, but creator moved the article to Draft:Dainik Rudrabangla, then on to Draft:Rudrabangla. That AFD was incorrectly procedurally closed (non-admin) in good faith following the move to draft. Next up was creation of Dainik Target, about another news website owned by Md Sunnat Ali Mollik.
