Inserting mentions of "Ohba Soh"/"Soh Ohba", sometimes along with subtle or unsubtle vandalism. Also touches Masao Ohba and its mentions. Insofar as I am able to understand with my middling Japanese proficiency, fits behavior described by LTA case on Japanese wikipedia, mentioned in edit summary by an administrator here: "Ohba Soh" and variants deleted and salted. Particular obsession with topics related to boxing, baseball, Japanese politics and politicians. Obsessed with Matsuzaka Generation, unduly adding people simply because they belong to that age group regardless of actual relevance (per the article on ja, the scope is limited to Japanese pro baseball players born between April 2, 1980 and April 1, 1981, and other celebrities who played in high school or college baseball with that cohort). It appears they are migrating / expanding their activities over to here, is a LTA case warranted?
