After Limpbreaker was warned about COI editing due to their edits on WebWork Tracker, they appeared to cease editing altogether rather than address the issue. Labial13, a new account, recreated the page with identical text at Draft:WebWork Tracker the following week. Based on CU data I suspect that these are actually two separate paid editors who have been hired by Evistep to create an article on this software application, but since neither has disclosed their COI as paid editors a Terms of Use block would be appropriate even if this is meat- rather than sock-puppetry. If this is the case then, given the identical text, it also seems likely that the content has been provided by their employer, which would make their addition of it to Wikipedia a copyright violation. Logging here for the record only, no further action is needed. Both of the named accounts are blocked, and I also picked up DmamboMeil (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) (no edits yet) which is Confirmed to Limpbreaker.
