The biggest bit of evidence is this: Lightiggy added a bunch of images violating copyright over at the commons. I have since reported these images to an admin over there who has deleted them: [1]
Both the IP's added these images (uploaded by Lightiggy) to articles as seen here: [2], [3], [4], [5], [6].
Think that is pretty solid evidence. A look at Lighiggy's talk page on the commons confirms his account uploaded those images: [7].
All edits are very siminlar in style as well, all occurring on 24th-25th November and seeming appearing from nowhere. All editing similar articles and one IP and Lightiggy both editing this page within hours: [8], [9]. Thank you. Inexpiable (talk) 22:09, 25 November 2021 (UTC)
Furthermore, I suspect this is also the same person who was in charge of this IP here: 128.239.205.22 an account I reported a month ago for making a series of unconstructive edits. The edits from this IP are identical to another sockpuppet listed here. See this example:[10], [11] Both IP's making exactly the same edit a month apart on a pretty unviewed and unedited page. Again here:[12], [13] very similar and weird edits to infoboxes of criminals, murderers, serial killers, etc.
I suspect this is also the same person based on a similar editing pattern. Example here on the page David Mason (murderer): Edit from IP a month ago: [14], edit from another IP sock made on 25/11/21: [15], edit from Lightiggy: [16]. Inexpiable (talk) 23:39, 25 November 2021 (UTC)
Another example, again edits to a fairly unviewed page: Edit from IP a month ago: [17], Edit from Lightiggy: [18] The similar pattern of linking "U.S." in the infobox. Nearly every edit they make is edits to infoboxes. Inexpiable (talk) 23:49, 25 November 2021 (UTC)

Yes, I am guilty of these accusations. I was being stupid and thought I understood the rules. I forgot to log in my phone, but did login on my computer, hence the "sockpuppeting". I want to apologize for the image copyrights. Those images were prison websites, with them mentioning that the images were free to share. So I jumped to conclusions. The other strange edits were technical. I thought the edits were necessary since they were often distinguishing categories. For example, for Donald Beardslee, I thought it was important to write that he was convicted of "first degree murder with special circumstances" instead of just "first degree murder" since only the former carries a possible death sentence in California. The only edit I can't budge on are the ones made to Mohammed Bijeh. Every single social news website I've seen said that Bijeh was 24, not 18. This won't happen again, sorry.
