The common theme for this user is replacing casualty figures in war-related articles with different ones, preferably using a book by Micheal Clodfelter as source and always without providing an edit summary. Several other editors have questioned the quality of these sources, but rather than discuss the changes, this editor engages in serial edit-warring – see this contribution list. At first, a two-day block for edit-warring was imposed, but this just led to instant block evasion here, and as soon as the block expired, the disruption resumed. At this point I deemed it necessary to block the account indefinitely. The editor still doesn't want to use talk pages, preferring instead to create the Nectorbe account and continue where they left off. I have already blocked the accounts involved and some of the IPs, but this report will likely be needed for future reference. Favonian (talk) 19:16, 3 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
