Jcchard is very active on Binibining Pilipinas. Since he is working on that article he is almost exclusively adding non-sourced information like these edits. So at 15 April I tagged the article for, amongst others, lack of third party sources, original research and advertising. And then an IP started removing the maintenance templates to the point of being involved in an edit war. The article is wiped clean of inconvenient information.

I have in fact that idea that account and IP are one and the same user, with the account playing the good guy and the IP playing the bad guy and taking the punishment on protecting the article. And he is misusing the IP to give the impression that two different users are active at the article. The Banner talk 15:01, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Additional info

Just this morning Jcchard removed the maintenance templates himself, something I corrected. But about 8 minutes later the templates were again removed, this time by a new IP. This IP, 112.200.87.196, geolocates to roughly the same area as IP 121.etc. The Banner talk 11:03, 18 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

All evidence you mentioned is IP removing the tags from the article which Jcchard previously edited. He states above that he believes this is a good hand, bad hand situation so those edits would make sense for that situation. I'm indeffing the master pursuant to this case but it should be noted that it is because they have refused to discuss their edits. If they want to edit, they must address other editors' warnings and concerns.
