Suspected sockpuppets

HHV was blocked July 30 @ 10:53.[1] ILM was created July 30 @ 7:42, while HHV was building up to a block for edit warring, then edited until 8:31.[2] HHV returned to editing 2 minutes after ILM's last edit.[3] ILM next edits on August 3, stopping at 8:33.[4] HHV returns 11 minutes later.[5]

Both are heavily involved in the Drake/Meek Mill publicity series. (ILM is a WP:SPA.) Both have remarkably similar opinions on the "issue".[6][7] SummerPhDv2.0 13:17, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This user also seems to edit the same article pages, and use strikingly similar commentary on edits and agree on same edit arguments as HHV and user Ilovemexico99. Specifically, the Drake/Meek Mill publicity series, as well as previously arguements.

Both show considerable interest in Romani people, Rick Ross and Cher Lloyd.

Loud quacking: Both have made extensive off-topic additions of material about demons to Cher Lloyd.[18][19]

Noticed odd similarities among these accounts: POV pushing on African Americans, and a very specific interest in Drake (musician). टीम निकी मिनाज adds a negative statistic ([20]) in August, and in September Team Nicki Minaj II makes this edit, and this month, American Wikipedian has these statistics to add. Everyone shares a particular interest in Drake (musician), and they always use bare urls when citing web sources ([21] [22] [23]). The same POV pushing on African Americans, and a kind of odd fixation on Drake (musician). I believe this is the latest HipHopVisionary sock. Compare Illuminati89's drive-by tagging to Team Nicki Minaj II. Illuminati89 also continues the tradition of updating Drake (musician), always using bare urls when citing web sources: [26] [27] [28]. Suspected sockpuppets


All accounts were created within a very close time period (with Cyn Santana, Swae Lee lover, and Playboi Carti Atlanta all being created within one hour of one another). All editors made similar changes to the List of African-American neighborhoods article and within the same relative time period. I'm requesting a checkuser to pull the IP information from these accounts in order to determine if this is a string of accounts connected to LTA users or other accounts that are causing abuse, to see if there are any sleeper accounts or not, as well as to also find out whether or not there's more to this than what I found. The log timeline and the similar edits are more than enough behavioral evidence for me to establish that these accounts are operated by the same person, but I'm still in between deciding whether or not to proceed to block them for sock puppetry or to assume good faith and wait until unambiguous disruption occurs from one of these users... ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 19:37, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
