Both user names pretend to have some sort of affiliation with the bar (that alone being problematic behavior whether or not we assume good faith), despite an unhealthy obsession with ceiling fans rather than the actual restaurant. New editor coming to Dave & Buster's. Created account just after last account was blocked, Crosby Johnson, waits a few days, makes 10 edits to their userspace to become autoconfirmed. This is the same pattern used by Crosby Johnson to edit Dave & Buster's. Both immediately readd the image of ceiling fan.
