After I proposed the article Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jesse R. Waugh for deletion the accounts user:WordsworthNYC [1] and user:HSoberg [2] were created and their first or almost first act was to vote to keep the article in question. user:Cinesis made edits in April 2012 adding material [3] linking to the subsequently deleted article Jesse Waugh. The IP only made 4 edits in June [4] and the only substantial edit was to vote to keep [5]. Finally, user:Iamsrkfan account was created June 6, several stubs were created and minor edits to articles. On June 9th, it created Jesse R. Waugh and on June 9, welcomed [6] HSoberg a few minutes after the account was created. All votes from these accounts are to keep and are similar, short, and offer little policy-based evidence for keeping the article. I am One of Many (talk) 07:31, 11 June 2013 (UTC)

The relationship between Iamskrfan and Hsoberg is clear, and I have blocked on a strictly behavioural basis (before seeing this report, actually). I find WordsworthNYC similarly obvious. I was about to ask for a check on Cinesis, but then decided he's obvious to. Blocking and tagging them all.—Kww(talk) 16:05, 11 June 2013 (UTC)
