Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence submitted by Zzzzz

User:BorisGunn is edit warring article Mark Kermode, and involved in AFD debate over article they created Kermode uncut. User:Whatisyourmalfunction appears to be sockpuppet account created solely for the purpose of "winning" these debates.

BorisGunn added "Do NOT Delete" comment to AFD [1] on 13 June 2009. Whatisyourmalfunction added "Do NOT Delete" comment on same AFD [2] on 14 June 2009. Note the use of exactly the same unusual wording and capitalisation, with the word "NOT" in capitals, and all three words having the first letter initialised, instead of the more usual use of the single bolded word "Keep". Additionally, both comments omit a valid signature, and rely on the word "unique". As per WP:STUFF, the use of sockpuppets to stuff an AFD deletion vote is against wikipolicy.

Similarly we see reversions on the Mark Kermode article that suggest sockpuppetry during reversion war:

BorisGunn: all these edits to include an external link in the article after its removal: [3] [4] [5]

Whatisyourmalfunction: similarly restoring an external link after its removal: [6]

Using sockpuppets to avoid 3RR violations is again, against wikipolicy as per WP:3RR.

At the time of writing, User:Whatisyourmalfunction has existed for less than 2 hours and in that time has solely been involved in the two debates that User:BorisGunn has been fighting in, without any other edits at all. [7]
