This is an international trade organization that publishes architectural and operational standards for commercial buildings, used world-wide. I don't remember the previous state of the article, but if it could be restored to my user space, I'm sure I can find plenty of reliable, third-party sources that would demonstrate sufficient notability and address all advertorial content as well.

It was deleted after Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Building Owners and Managers Association was closed with no comments other than the nom. The nom stated "NCORP fail. Niche trade organization."

This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible. Claquato, Washington

Apologizing in advance - this article, once a stand-alone, was removed a long time ago and I have no talent in figuring out how the log system works here. I understand that this request system is for uncontested removals, but I am completely in the dark whether the original Claquato article was contested or not. On me if this is going to waste anyone's time. Currently Claquato redirects to Chehalis, Washington where there is a small subsection for Claquato under History. I am asking for the article to be reinstated as a draft so I can help to expand on the historic community that, while no longer a recognized town, still exists as a neighboring community within the Chehalis area. Please see the Claquato Church article for additional background. The sourcing is abundant, including books solely about the town, and it clears all the place notability guidelines by leaps and bounds. @Amaninhislife: Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission. Draft space is not an indefinite hosting service for material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia's article mainspace. We may be willing to restore it again, but only if you provide a definite assurance that you actually intend to work on it and provide a short description of what you intend to do to improve it to meet our policies and guidelines. @UtherSRG I'd appreciate the chance to work on this further. I understand that draft space is not an indefinitie hosting service and am certain, upon revision, that the article will be determined suitable for inclusion.
