In his unblock requests the user has admitted that he is using multiple accounts, some of them for vandalism. In his words: "It was an accident that I blanked the pages, this account is a sockpuppet and there is no reason to keep me blocked, Wikipedia's blocking policy is foolish and Wikipedia is a horrible site that will continue to slow down before stopping in a few years.
