Apologies if I have got the process wrong. The user is very active in creating (and now defending at AFD an article on what appears to be a NN figure. Now the Mother and Manager of this NN figure has turned up - however the page was created by Summers95926 as can be seen here - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Breezee95&action=history.
