I am not really sure if this is a sockpuppet of an existing user(Sarvabhaum or someone else) or a new user. I have had a long standing dispute with Sarvabhaum over another (related) issue for which which he used another alias Maharashtraexpress which has been confimed and blocked as a sockpuppet.

This account (Konkancho Wagh) was just created yesterday with the purpose of undoing the edits I had made to Konkani people and People of the Konkan Division. However neither Sarvabhaum nor any of his sockpuppets have ever touched this article.

I have reason to believe that this may not be his sockpuppet but that of another user User:New_Rock_Star.

Another possibility is that this may be a new user who has previously reverted my edits to the same article and made a PA against me, by using anonymous login. See these edits.

After giving a stern warning for his/her PA this user finally agreed to discuss the issue where again there are two different IP suggesting that this user probably uses a cybercafe.
