Hello. Concerning your contribution, Cultural festivals in Maharashtra, unfortunately we are not able to use it due to its copyright status. Although the government page that it comes from does allow unaltered reproduction without permission, that does not allow us to release it under the GFDL license (which explicitly allows the text to be modified). The text is also written more like an ad or a travel brochure than an encylopedia entry and would have needed to be extensively revised to meet Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy in any case.
