Common interest: article Saborsko massacre. Disrespect toward tribunal ICTY (United Nations body!) and its decisions, so that way he (they) questioned and denied neutral side (questioning the recent decisions of tribunal). Also, they relativize war crimes and (Evlekis turns "war crime" into "The events of the day was considered a "war crime", while Wermania turns "war crime" into "alledged war crime").
There are more edits of user:Evlekis, but most descriptive one is this comment of his where he inserted his personal views and original research (comment with edit [1] "note to state that the points are as said by ITCY, so they cannot stand as solid fact").
Similar is with user:Wermania, which stopped to edit after I've reported him to admins twice. Discussion try didn't work. On the talkpage of Saborsko massacre, I've gave references to final judgement of ICTY and citing it. I did that on 26 and 27 July 2007 [2], [3] and [4], but it didn't help, he edited [5] on 29 July 2007) . He has solely registered for tagging (or relativizing or denying of war crimes, besides naming and discrediting me as vandal, POV-ist etc.) articles related to massacre of Croat civilians in Croatia, as you see here his edits Special:Contributions/Wermania.

Regarding Paulcicero, common interest as those above: article Saborsko massacre.
In this edit [9], Paulcicero refers to me as Evlekis does ([10], [11], [12]), "Koruba". No other users did so. Maybe they are not the same person, maybe they only have same interest, they are in some kind of contact (or Paulcicero is stalking me, reading the contents of my talkpage).
Paulcicero resists discussion, ignores arguments on talkpage. As I see, on his talkpage, he was previously been blocked for vandalistic behaviour.
Also, his engaging on the edit-war on that article brings this case also to category E:3RR violation using socks. Kubura 10:11, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
