Response: The report does not clearly explain how it is possibly unfree, it just explains what the photo is. It is a photo of a vending machine intended to show what a cigarette machine looks like, which also conveniently shows advertising for Joe Camel so it got onto the Joe Camel page too. If the sourcing is questioned: I took this photo, I released it into the public domain. -- Guroadrunner (talk) 07:43, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for contributing the photo and for responding here. A derivative work is a creation that includes someone else's creative work. The cigarette company holds the copyright for the advertisement, which is a central part of the composition of your photo. The fact that it can be used as a photo of Joe Camel, not just as a photo of a cigarette machine, is an indication that the copyrighted advertisement may not be de minimis. —rybec 16:00, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • The caption calls it a "sketch" but it looks professionally made. The low resolution and white border make it look like something from a mapping site. —rybec 02:25, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
And the low resolution also specifically tends to indicate it came from a website but I could not find one. ww2censor (talk) 05:43, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Looking closely you can see in the blue/red coloring the print lines from some type of non-laser printer. Clearly not a scan of someone's sketch. Also the text use a computer font for printing. Looks like someone printed and then scanned into computer. Caffeyw (talk) 14:11, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
