Violation of WP:UP: userpage containing excessive amount of personal information of self-promotional nature and using WP as a free webhost. All of the info here is of the personal nature and nothing that is related to the activities of the user as a Wikipedian. Genealogical info going back to Merovingian kings (I am serious!). There was an extensive discussion of the issue back in August at AN, see Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive165#User:Dr. B. R. Lang and several warnings at the user's talkpage since then.
