Recommend moving to Draft: space and replacing the content with ((courtesy blanked)) followed by ((Softredirect)) to draft-space article. Reason: Draft article on "main" user page which is not a valid use of the "main" user page, and almost all recent edits are from other editors. Want to do this after a discussion to avoid reversion. See also: Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Cskumaar/Maruthuvar community which closed in late May with "no consensus." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 21:01, 6 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That or delete. As this wasn't on my watchlist I failed to notice that the userpage template has been removed several times, most recently by User:Vaidyanayeebrahmin, their only edit to that article although they have had other material speedy deleted as copyvio or promotion. Different IPs have twice removed the mfd template. The IP addresses only edit a handful of times then a new IP appears. Dougweller (talk) 11:33, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
And I don't think the existence of User:NAYEE BRAHMINS/sandbox is a coincidence, although I don't know what's going on. Dougweller (talk) 14:31, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
And User:Niyoginayeebramhana. These seem to be about the same subject. Dougweller (talk) 14:57, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
(nominator's reply) Regarding delete: While I prefer moving to Draft: vs. delete, my preference for moving over deleting is weak enough that if there is a small majority who favor outright deletion, I won't argue with it. Current practice would allow for deletion, moving to a user sub-page as long as the article is being worked on, or moving to draft: as long as the article is being worked on. I believe current practice favors moving if it is clear there is a possibility of eventual promotion, deletion if it's clear that there is not, and "closing admin's discretion" if it's not clear. IMHO it's on the edge between "possibilities exist" and "not clear". One purpose of this discussion is to tease out whether this is clearly a possible future article, clearly a dead end, or if there is not clarity. If there is not clarity and it's not very close to "clearly a dead end" I recommend the closing admin use his discretion to move it to Draft: space rather than deleting it. Given the choice between Draft: space and User: space, I think practice prefers User: space if there is only 1 major editor and Draft: space if there is more than one or if the major editor is no longer actively editing and other editors are (which is the case here). davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 15:16, 7 July 2014 (UTC) Update: Replaced "policy" with "practice" - practice being policy + guidelines + actual recent outcomes. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 15:19, 7 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
