Portal:Port of Spain

Abandoned draft portal on a narrow topic.

Port of Spain is the capital of Trinidad and Tobago, but it is a small city, with a population of only 37,000. It fails the WP:POG requirement that portals should be about "broad subject areas, which are likely to attract large numbers of interested readers and portal maintainers"

... and it is redundant to the Portal:Trinidad and Tobago.

It is an old-style manual portal with subpages. But see Special:PrefixIndex/Portal:Port of Spain, where the only subpage to showcase an article is Portal:Port of Spain/Selected Biography/1, which is 6-yera-old fork of a BLP.

So if there is any temptation to merge to Portal:Trinidad and Tobago, some of the 7 the pictures may be merged if assessed as suitable, but the biog should not be merged unless updated. BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 18:07, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
