Abandoned draft from 2016 that duplicates Prestressed concrete as a topic. The creator is active but as not shown any interest in this since 2016. While I postponed it from G13 to try and encourage a merger to the main article, that either happened or no one cares. Now it can't be left to slip away and must be discussed because it has been tagged as a "Promising draft" which is immune from deletion except at MfD. Redirect to Prestressed concrete on the off chance there is any useful content to be merged at a later date. (Since I placed the promising draft tag (without realizing that Prestressed concrete exists) can I just redirect the draft and close this discussion out? Comment under the proported rules the draft creator can't remove the template and even redirecting may be interpreted as removing the template. The creator was notified of this discussion via twinkle as normal. Hopefully they weigh in Legacypac (talk) 15:17, 4 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Big apologies from me to all those who have taken the time to consider what to do with this draft, especially Legacypac. Thank you all.

I started this draft way, way back but have since been more than absorbed by more recent projects and never quite got around to doing the final cut or merging it into the parent article. I had taken a copy of the source in case it got deleted, but hadn't seen that it was marked as "promising".

Legacypac I really appreciate all your input, and feel terrible that I didn't respond to your first post. Thank you for persisting and I will now follow-up on your suggestion to merge it with Prestressed concrete.

I do hope you are all encouraged to hang in there when you have unresponsive editors - people usually do come to their senses eventually, even if it takes longer than it should!
