• keep for a while. The page was already deleted via g13 by Fastily on 13 September 2018. I removed the G13 tag because user:Aboucher requested the draft's undeletion at WP:REFUND which I actioned. You can see this in the log for the page. Normally I would give the requestor a chance to improve the page. So far in 3 days they have done nothing, but we give them 6 months. If you see me remove a G13 tag it is almost always because it has been restored. Only a few other admins are working on REFUND. A few other times I do it, but then move the page to article space, so you would see more changes. Would you like me to change my edit summaries for these actions to "g13 removal due to WP:REFUND", "minor changes to avert g13 after WP:REFUND" "remove db-afc tag after WP:REFUND" ?
