Page that was created in August to preserve the edit history of a premature article about a person who was notable only as a candidate in a then-pending state legislature election. But the election is now over and she didn't win the seat (yes, Virginia, Republicans did still defeat Democrats in some statehouse seats on Tuesday), so there's no potential for it getting improved back into a mainspaceable article again -- and thus no point in continuing to hang onto the draft anymore either.
